This is the most recent information about changes to Casa de Salud’s services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Check this page often, as we will update it whenever we make changes.

Updates as of June 2021

In-person appointments are now available at the Casa health care clinic. If you schedule an in-person appointment that happens at Casa, please read about important safety steps before you arrive:

Telehealth appointments are available through Zoom video calls on your phone, tablet, or computer – from your own home. If you schedule a telehealth appointment that happens at your home, please read about how to prepare for your appointment:

Mental health care services are important during these stressful times – you may feel isolated and worried. Our counselors and therapists are available to help—you can schedule a virtual appointment and some in-person appointments by calling us at (314) 977-1240.

GUIA guides (case managers) can help you get health care, help with paying hospital bills, and other services, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our case managers are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to help answer any questions you may have about your care at Casa and beyond.
