Support our immigrant and refugee community
When you give to Casa de Salud, your gift helps provide high quality health care at an affordable cost to immigrants and refugees in St. Louis and its metro area. Casa is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the state of Missouri. We do not receive ongoing funding from federal, state, or local governments. Your contribution to Casa is tax deductible.
Before I came here my issues were so crippling that I did not want to do anything. Now I'm at the point where I can do the things I need to do for myself and my family.

Your gift makes a difference
Individual and corporate gifts contribute directly to Casa’s mission to help those in need overcome the barriers to health care, such as:
Being uninsured or under-insured
Patients get health care at Casa’s clinic for a flat fee of $35 per appointment, no insurance needed. Our generous donors and team of volunteers – including licensed health care providers who donate their time – make this possible.
Not being able to take time off from work
Casa’s clinic is open 7 days a week to fit difficult work schedules
Communicating with health care providers in English
Casa provides interpreters for any patient who needs one
Finding their way through the complex U.S. health system
Our GUIA program assigns a guide (case manager) to patients. Our GUIA navigators help patients schedule appointments, get transportation, get referrals to specialty doctors, find financial help if needed, and more.
