Patient quote

Being uninsured or under-insured

Patients get health care at Casa’s clinic for a flat fee of $35 per appointment, no insurance needed. Our generous donors and team of volunteers – including licensed health care providers who donate their time – make this possible.

Finding their way through the complex U.S. health system

Our GUIA program assigns a guide (case manager) to patients. Our GUIA navigators help patients schedule appointments, get transportation, get referrals to specialty doctors, find financial help if needed, and more.

Thank you to our donors!
